Enter the token provided for this fresh installation. Existing databases use the deployment procedure.

Step 1: OS / Software Selection

Confirm your environment first. Example (Windows XAMPP): If your folder is f9doc inside htdocs, open http://localhost/f9doc.

PHP.ini requirements for F9Doc
Enable these extensions and settings, then restart Apache/PHP:
  • extension=mysqli (or pdo_mysql if using PDO)
  • extension=openssl
  • extension=mbstring
  • extension=intl
  • extension=fileinfo
  • extension=gd (recommended for media/print assets)
  • extension=curl (recommended for integrations/license APIs)
  • date.timezone = Asia/Kolkata (or your local timezone)
  • memory_limit = 256M (recommended minimum)
  • upload_max_filesize = 32M, post_max_size = 32M (or higher as needed)
Windows / XAMPP hint
  • Edit C:\xampp\php\php.ini from XAMPP Control Panel, then restart Apache.
Linux hint
  • Edit your active php.ini (Apache/FPM), enable modules, then restart web server/PHP-FPM.

Step 2: Database Configuration

Default XAMPP values are prefilled: DB=f9webs_db, Driver=MySQLi, User=root, Password=root.

Step 3: Superadmin and Defaults

Initialization will create this superadmin account, set production mode, logger defaults, cookie/session defaults, software version, and license request endpoints.
